Job Title: Business Systems Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Systems Manager with technical expertise in multiple business applications, including CRM and ERP systems. The ideal candidate will have prior SAS experience and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders, both internal and external.

ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary administrator for platforms such as POS & booking software, Freshdesk, Vonage, Microsoft 365, ScreenCloud, Sonos, and MS Teams.Manage hardware assets including phones, TVs, sound systems, laptops, iPads, desktops, and monitors.Maintain and manage content on the internal portal and shared file systems.Configure systems, manage user access and permissions, and oversee integrations.Act as the first line of support for system issues across the retail network.Collaborate with IT, vendors, and operations to resolve technical issues, including networking, internet access, and surveillance systems.Maintain and update IT policies to reflect current best practices.Own and manage cybersecurity policies, procedures, and training programs.Identify and implement workflow improvements and system enhancements.Maintain up-to-date SOPs and documentation.Ensure platform settings align with operational needs, including service configuration, pricing, scheduling, and client communications.Train HQ and studio teams on system usage and best practices.Develop and maintain training materials and user guides.Support system setup for new studio launches, franchise locations, and conversions.Ensure data accuracy across platforms and support operational reporting.Collaborate with finance, marketing, and operations to generate reports and maintain clean data practices.Support special projects such as new system rollouts, integrations, and upgrades.Work cross-functionally to ensure systems align with business strategy and scale effectively.Essential Skills3+ years of experience managing technology platforms in a retail or service environment.Proficiency with POS and Booking systems.Working knowledge of Freshdesk, Vonage, and Microsoft 365.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience supporting both HQ and field-based teams.Additional Skills & QualificationsTechnical expertise working with multiple business applications (CRM and ERP).Prior SAS experience.Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (internal and external).Work Environment

This role is hybrid, requiring onsite work in Boston, MA at least 3 days per week. The office is located in the vibrant area of Faneuil Hall. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/yr.
