Job Description A healthcare client is looking for 2 Business Systems Analyst to sit fully remote. This person is going to be focused on two specific areas where the organization is experiencing extreme amounts of growth. The two products that they will be focusing on are products that have been invested since the beginning of 2024. This person should have good analytical skills, experience using SQL, and should have somewhat of an understanding of how medical or pharma claims are paid. This person should be able to create visuals with data that make sense to engineers. The BSA will be responsible for bridging the gap between the business and technology. Skills and Requirements 5-7 years of experience working as a Business Systems Analyst in an Agile environment 2-3+ years of experience working in healthcare In depth experience reviewing healthcare data - Claims, Utilization, Eligibility Experience using SQL & creating SQL queries / working with engineering an development teams Experience reviewing data and being able to put data into pivot tables Experience using JIRA for project tracking Previous experience utilizing python for automation null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
