This role will serve as a critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions align with business goals and drive operational efficiency. **Principal Responsibilities** + Analyze and document business processes and requirements. + Interprets business needs and translates them into functional Salesforce Business Requirements. Review with the development group for system design and development. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement enhancements. + Facilitates cross-functional team meetings to address business problems or systems issues. + Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide end-user training. + Stay current with Salesforce releases and leverage new features. **Required Qualifications** + Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered. + Foundational understanding of Salesforce and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems. + Exposure to requirement gathering, documentation, and working with stakeholders (e.g., through internships, coursework, or entry-level roles). + Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. + Eagerness to learn and grow within the Salesforce ecosystem. **Preferred Qualifications** + Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Business Analyst). + Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies and project management tools. **Soft Skills** + Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. + Collaborative mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving. + Demonstrates initiative and accountability in driving tasks to completion with minimal supervision **Work Experience:** + Typically less than 2 years with bachelor's or equivalent. **Education and Certification(s):** + Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained. **Distinguishing Characteristics:** + Executes assigned tasks to satisfactory level of completion and accuracy. Knowledge gained can be leveraged to independently define tasks and next steps. + Hybrid position.
