As a technical specialist, this position will be required to provide resolution guidance to the other S2P Project team members for advanced systems design, problem resolution and project management. Will help lead and actively participate in projects supporting S2P implementations and enhancements. Will oversee the maintenance of system in all capacities that include, but not limited to: configuring, testing / validating, direct customer support, validating upgrades, coordinating the introduction of additional system integrations, following security policies and procedures, and performing other technical duties as needed. Coordinates with local POC’s to ensure strategic alignment and governance compliance. Determines appropriateness of moderate changes or modifications to provide a high level of security according to SNC standards.

Responsibilities:
Provide user support, Functional & Technical administration for Ivalua Source-to-Pay (S2P) solution Support new ETL & API implementation efforts by assessing current configurations and identifying gapsAssist peers with SQL developmentTroubleshoot & resolve technical and functional issuesBusiness Event Monitoring of customer production environmentsPerforming root cause analysis of defects and elimination/reduction of defectsManage customer expectations in a way that results in high customer satisfactionFacilitate appropriate Business Area / Functional Area approval of system enhancements and prioritization of requestsDevelopment requirements based on business objectives and best practicesQualifications You Must Have:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field with at least 6 or more years of relevant experienceHigher education may substitute for relevant experienceRelevant experience may be considered in lieu of required educationExtensive experience in MSSQL development and troubleshootingKnowledge of data integrity and managementExperience in API configuration and maintenanceExperience implementing / applying current cyber-security standardsIntermediate/advanced knowledge of ETLDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp technology solutions and conceptsExperience in supporting a multi environment SaaS solutionProficient in communicating with all aspects of the organization, including leading in cross-functional effortsProven track record of meeting or exceeding internal and external user expectationsAdhere to best practices in code and configuration managementAbility to foster a good working relationship with peer system admins, developers, users and project managersMust be able to function in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervisionAbility to conceptualize business workflows and design within system workflowsQualifications We Prefer:

Compensation varies depending on a wide array of factors, such as candidates' key skills, relevant work experience, and education/training/certifications.
