Job Description Our client is looking for a Banner Systems Analyst to join the team. This company is growing rapidly and the scope is increasing, thus the need for additional resources. In this role, this Systems Analyst will be apart of tier 1 and tier 2 tickets. They will do their own troubleshooting. If something cannot be fixed from a development and back end perspective, it gets sent to IT. This resource wil lassist with the AR module of Banner supporting the financial aid work. A lot of the work is Student Account Managemebnt, administration of the tool handling Bursar tasks such as, Student payments and credits, tuition assessed, how to build tuition rules, etc. We are looking for an Analyst who knows to look into a Student's account and see how much tuition was posted, see the payments that are coming in and know what to apply. Skills and Requirements 2+ years experience with Banner systems (Any experience working within Admissions, Registrar, Degree Works, Workflow, Student Module.) Accounts Recieveable module experience with Financial Aid knowledge Higher-education background experience Troubleshooting and triaging skills ServiceNow ticketing system experience (automation exp is preferred) Understanding of RAD, SDLC, Client Server/Distributed Application Design and Development Experience developing advanced PL/SQL objects with robust error handling.
