The Opportunity
We are seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Reporting & Information Solutions team. This role is pivotal in advancing our enterprise data capabilities, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights that empower both Field Representatives and Home Office leadership to make strategic, data-driven decisions.

You’ll be part of the Reporting & Analytics team, working closely with operations, technology, and external partners. Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with technology teams to design and implement solutions that align with business objectives, including the development of detailed data specifications.
Serve as a subject matter expert in business analysis and data requirements.
Define and document business and system scope, objectives, and requirements in accordance with user needs and industry standards.
Analyze and resolve complex business challenges by designing or refining processes and procedures.
Validate data architecture and ETL processes to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
Act as an enterprise data owner, maintaining accountability for critical data assets.
Support project management activities, including task prioritization, resource coordination, and timeline management.
Manage urgent requests while contributing to long-term development initiatives.
Lead and collaborate with offshore business and technology analysts to ensure timely and accurate analysis.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and mutual understanding.
Contribute to the development of a new Distribution Data Ecosystem, supporting innovative data delivery solutions.
The Minimum Qualifications
7+ years of experience in business and technical specification development.
5+ years of experience in data strategy, transformation, and quality management.
5+ years of experience using SQL and data profiling within the insurance, retirement or financial services industry
The Ideal Qualifications
7+ years of Insurance, retirement or financial services Industry experience
10 + years of experience writing detailed business and technical requirements
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
