Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Business Systems Analyst located in Guadalajara, North.

Reporting to the Information Technology Manager, Business Systems Analyst role will be responsible for provide technical assistance identifying, evaluating, and developing procedures which are cost effective and meet business requirements, to create specifications and direct translations of functions to be automated including complete systems design in detail. Also designing the framework and process, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, risk research working with stakeholders and delivering a solution that is viable and consistent.

Responsibilities:

Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledgeWork directly with stakeholders to improve operational procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and strategic goalsResearch, design and test new systems and system enhancements in line with the deliverables of site business/customer's requirements.Create and present reports to executive team members and stakeholders to support solution proposalsSupport Project Management during planning and execution, relevant to project scaleOversee implementation projects from beginning to completion, consistent with all software development lifecycle phasesWrite clear, precise functional and technical specifications for development teamsUse a variety of technical and functional tools to analyze complex structures and identify patterns to provide impactful insightsCommunicate with users to identify and resolve issues, troubleshoot and investigate system behaviors and deficienciesWork within the established model to allow software and/or systems scalability though appropriate intake and prioritization of new requirements

Qualifications:

BA/BS or equivalent work experience.Demonstrates operations and technical skills and understanding of Flex client related functional standards.Demonstrates working knowledge of functional concepts and a solid understanding of Flex client standards, policies and procedures.Experience with SQL.Experience on development language .NetIntermediate English level.
