You'll be the guardian of quality, ensuring our products are exceptional through a blend of cutting-edge automated testing and meticulous manual checks. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with product owners, business experts, developers and the entire team throughout the development cycle.
Your passion for testing best practices will be contagious as you champion new tools and techniques, keeping us ahead of the curve in hotel offerings for business travelers.
On top of that, you'll craft clear and concise test documentation, leaving a legacy of knowledge for future missions and smooth day-to-day operations.
What You'll Do
Create, maintain, and review business process models, data flows, business requirements, and use cases to become an expert on the travel industry's inner workings.Compile, research, analyze, and document requirements, workflows, processes, and functionalities.Generate clear, concise documentation to support innovative solutions.Maintain the JIRA board by ensuring work items are meticulously documented and tracked.Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements, including workflow and impacts.Design, develop, and enhance automated and manual test scripts to drive quality and efficiency.Be an active and collaborative team member, always willing to contribute ideas and solutions.Detect and triage software defects and inconsistencies, managing them to resolution.Conduct smoke tests on releases to ensure top-notch quality reaches the production environment.Be prepared for exciting daily and ad-hoc tasks that will keep your skills sharp and your days dynamic!What We're Looking For
Business Analysis Expertise: 3+ years of experience in business analysis, specifically within the business travel industry.Testing Proficiency: Experience with both automated and manual testing techniques in an Agile development environment.Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the business travel industry, particularly the hotel sector and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) like Sabre, Amadeus, or Travelport.Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Understanding: A solid grasp of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies.Communication Skills: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively articulate desired outcomes and responsibilities.Documentation Skills: Ability to craft clear, concise, and well-organized test documentation.Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel) for data analysis and presentation creation.Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills to ensure adherence to deadlines.English Fluency: Fluency in written and spoken English for effective communication.Location: Virtual, Poland
