Business Systems Analyst
Job Description Prudential is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our digital experience team and support strategic discovery and delivery work across multiple product initiatives. This role will collaborate closely with a Product Owner (PO), stakeholders, UX, and development teams to shape and execute work that improves the customer experience and drives business value. They are looking for someone curious, proactive, and comfortable operating with ambiguity as we look to improve the customer experience. Responsibilities Facilitate discovery sessions for new digital features, including: Stakeholder interviews Process and journey mapping Current-state vs. future-state analysis Translate discovery outputs into actionable artifacts (user stories, requirements, acceptance criteria) Support PO in backlog grooming, prioritization, and roadmap planning Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and data gaps early Facilitate stakeholder meetings and ensure follow-up actions and documentation are complete Collaborate with UX partners, including reviewing design files and providing context Perform user acceptance testing and support operational readiness tasks as needed (reviewing demos, providing screen shots and write-ups) Monitor deliverables and ensure timely completion of work We are a company committed to creating inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Skills and Requirements Qualifications 5+ years in business analysis, ideally in digital product or customer experience teams Intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn, grow, and improve.
