The Opportunity:


CACI is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Business Systems Analyst to facilitate communication between IT and business teams. The ideal candidate will identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement strategies to enhance business processes.

Responsibilities:


•    Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
•    Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
•    Facilitate meetings, interviews, and workshops with end users and technical staff to gather information and validate requirements.
•    Support development and QA teams by clarifying requirements and participating in solution design discussions.
•    Assist in the development of test plans, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation of solutions.
•    Create and maintain business process documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
•    Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and user experience.
•    Ensure alignment between business goals and IT deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

Required: 

•    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
•    3–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a government or federal contracting environment.
•    Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., BPMN, use cases, user stories).
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as SharePoint, JIRA, or Confluence.
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences.
•    Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.


Desired:

Experience supporting federal or Department of Defense (DoD) IT projects

Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies

Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Excel advanced functions)

Understanding of system development life cycle (SDLC) and software implementation processes

Active security clearance or ability to obtain one

Business Analysis certification (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA-CCBA)

Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to acquire a SECRET security clearance.

Must be willing to work on site in Norco CA, this is not a remote position.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,700 - 173,900 USD
