Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and inquisitive Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to support a new initiative focused on building a marketing communications platform. This platform will manage customer messaging at scale-delivering communications via SMS, Email, and Automated Voice Calls to millions of customers. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in business analysis within software development environments (SDLC) and be comfortable collaborating with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Responsibilities: * Business Systems Analyst will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for customer communication workflows * Translate business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications for platform architects and template developers * Facilitate the creation and maintenance of communication templates (email, SMS, voice) by ensuring clear alignment between business intent and technical execution * Leverage JIRA and/or Wrike for managing work tickets, task progress, and documentation * Analyze data to inform decisions and validate implementations, using basic SQL queries to support insights * As a Business Systems Analyst, you will work as part of a cross-functional software development team, participating in Agile processes and supporting the full SDLC * Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring mutual understanding and timely delivery of features
