Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary

A Business Analyst plays a crucial role in organizations by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Gather, document, and communicate business requirements to stakeholders. 

Collaborate with teams to design and implement effective solutions. 

Facilitate communication between business and technical teams. 

Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals. 

Qualifications 3 years of demonstrated experience writing functional specifications and test plans/test scripts  Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, Clarity and Jira.  Prior experience with HCM platforms, SuccessFactors is a plus.  Understanding of business process modeling and systems analysis.  Bachelor's degree in IT, Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
