Kforce has a client that is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to work hybrid/onsite Tuesday through Thursday in Charlotte, NC (preferred) or Birmingham, AL. Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to support strategic initiatives within their Small Business Lending and Asset-Based Financing teams. This BSA will be instrumental in building and enhancing the digital lending experience for small business customers through web and app-based platforms. The role is highly collaborative and plays a critical part in helping small businesses apply for and open credit/loan accounts seamlessly via the company's website. Key Responsibilities: * Partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements * Provide analytical and design support for the application development and UX teams * Participate in agile ceremonies, backlog grooming, and sprint planning * Support solution architects and developers to ensure proper implementation of business needs * Collaborate with QA counterparts to support testing, validation, and delivery processes * Assist in integration and data mapping efforts related to upstream platforms * Communicate consistently with cross-functional teams and application delivery stakeholders post-contract
