**Our client, a Fortune 500 commercial real estate firm is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a focus on application security to join their collaborative team in Richardson, TX. This hybrid role supports ERP systems like PeopleSoft FSCM and HCM and offers potential for full-time conversion.**
**Location** : Richardson, TX (Hybrid – 2 Days Onsite)
**Duration** : 3+ months with extension likely or potential FTE Conversion
**Team Size:** 10–12, highly collaborative culture
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Manage user access and support requests via ServiceNow
+ Maintain and test security configurations in ERP systems
+ Analyze business/user security needs and document requirements
+ Create SQL-based reports and ensure SOX compliance
+ Support additional applications as needed
**What You’ll Bring:**
+ 3+ years of ERP security administration (PeopleSoft preferred)
+ Hands-on involvement in security configuration changes and documentation
+ Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills
+ Experience with ServiceNow or similar ticketing tools
+ SQL scripting and basic reporting skills
+ High School Diploma with relevant experience
