Overview

We are looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Operations Department. This is a key role within the department involved in developing and crafting top-performing Reports and Dashboards for performance measurement. You will  generate reports for internal customers in departments such as Procurement, Order Management, Logistics, Warehouse, and shipping systems like RXO.

 

Location- This is a hybrid role located in our Providence, RI office.

Responsibilities

Provide solutions using SAP Business Objects and Tableau to support business functions for the Lottery business globally:

 

Analyze data to aid in making long term procedural decisions, including reviewing dept owned policies, instructional documentation and ensuring they are up to date and meet the needs of the ever-changing supply chain landscape and internal operations coverage support. Develop new reports as needed using different combinations of SAP Business Explorer (BEx), Advanced Analytics for Office (AAO), and Tableau Desktop/Prep. Qualifications

Required

3+ years of experience with Tableau Desktop Prep Proficient across several applications SAP Modules (PP, WM, SD) SAP BEx, BW, AAO, HANA, and Business Objects (Must be highly proficient) Excel & PowerPoint 3+ years of experience in business analysis and reporting in an ERP environment 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing industry order to cash process flow a plus Agile methodology certification/experience. Familiarity with BW’s BEx reporting Power BI experience a plus SQL/Python skills a plus Strong analytical and creative skills

 

Preferred 

Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. Ability to create and communicate executive summary presentations as need arises. Ability to reverse engineer existing queries and rebuild them as better mouse traps. Ability to provide user-friendly content using standard methodologies and functionality. At IGT, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $59,795- $122,400. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.
