Business Systems Analyst

We re looking for a strong Business Systems Analyst who will communicate with multiple customers to elicit, define, analyze and document requirements for our innovative application developments and enhancements to the existing ones.
**In this role, you will**
+ Elicit requirements and analyze feasibility to ensure solutions/initiatives achieve the expected business outcomes.
+ Support project teams to ensure development is aligned with the business requirements.
+ Develop functional designs for specific functional areas for major enhancements or projects.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for data architecture workflows and processes.
+ Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
**What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)** .
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field with 10+ Years of work experience.
+ Hands on experience in doing analysis in Liquidity Reporting / Risk Management and Capital Markets.
+ Experience and strong knowledge in writing complex SQL statements.
+ Advanced to expert knowledge of system analysis process and techniques, as well as system components, functionality, interfaces, data flows and business rules.
+ Prior experience in identifying risks both within and across projects and recommending ways to mitigate them.

**Working arrangements**
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client office in Toronto, ON.
