Job Description:
A Business System Engineer (Technical Representative, also known as a Functional User Rep) serves as a liaison between operations and IT. They ensure that operational needs are effectively supported by UPS's IT systems while aligning those needs with global IT standards.

Education: Preferably a Bachelor in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or related engineering;Experience: At least 3+ years in a role as industrial engineer, Logistic Specialist or consultant in a supply chain management environment. Experience in business requirements engineering, functional and user acceptance testing. Experience in Healthcare Logistics is a big plus;Competencies: strong knowledge of operational methods and procedures in a supply chain management environment and knowledge of SCM systems (OMS, WMS, TMS). You have the ability to determine and review various solutions and can translate these into business requirement documents.Strong communication and presentation skills;Knowledge: excellent working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint. MS Visio experience is preferred as well. Excellent communication skills (English). SQL and MS Access knowledge preferred.
