Business Support Services Senior Associate, New York
Job Summary
The Consulting Business Support Services Senior Associate provides high-level administrative support to Leadership within the Risk practice of the Firm. This role ensures efficient and effective operations through comprehensive support, including editing complex documents, managing schedules, coordinating travel, developing communications, interacting with clients/prospects, preparing for client/prospect meetings, coordinating meetings, interfacing with internal support functions and assisting with internal projects. The position requires exceptional organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Close collaboration with administrative teams, client service teams, and internal support functions is essential.
Responsibilities
Manage schedules and arrange meetings across leadershipCoordinate travel arrangements and event supportPrepare, edit, format and proofread complex documents and communicationsSupport communications and proposals with clients and prospectsGenerate reports and manage dataInteract with internal Crowe support functions (contracts, billing, sales management, risk management, etc.)Proactive meeting prep and debriefCoordinate and greet client / prospects for meetings in Crowe NY officeIn-office support at Crowe NYC office (typically three days/week - Tue/Wed/Thur)Support the development and implementation of policies and proceduresOversee the work of the Administrative TeamEnsure adherence to firm standards and best practicesQualifications
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in an administrative support role Experience in professional services operations Tech-forward with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other firm-supported platformsWillingness to learn and utilize AI including Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPTExcellent professional communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in project coordination and process managementPreferred Qualifications and Skills

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
