Business Support Senior Specialist - Administrative Services

The Segment
The Work and Rewards team consists of 3 practices: Rewards, Data and Intelligence (RDI), Executive Compensation & Board Advisory (ECBA) and Work, Rewards & Careers (WRC). The WRC practice is dedicated to effectively design, deliver and execute employee reward strategies and programs that lead to a significant business value for our clients. RDI helps companies build a competitive compensation plan by conducting annual global industry sector surveys. ECBA is focused on the way in which companies can achieve their strategic objectives through their executives.
 

The Role


As a Business Support Specialist, you will work beside some of the industry’s top consultants while you develop cutting edge technical knowledge and skills. You will have immediate exposure to real client assignments which will draw on your imagination and creativity as well as your ability to analyze data, draw conclusions and present results. These experiences will help build your technical knowledge and overall industry expertise while you benefit from more structured learning interventions that are tailored to the business area you join.


Your main responsibilities will be as follows:
People
•    Build relationships internally and collaborate effectively on cross-functional teams
Client
•    Demonstrate natural ease and effectiveness when dealing with clients/colleagues at all levels
•    Support WTW collegues in:
    Diary management
    Arranging and booking of travel 
    Organisation of teams Event
    Entering travel expenses 
    Using WTW tools (adding new accounts, adding new contacts, entering opportunities) 
    Formatting ppt/word documents (editorial review)
    Booking of Conference Rooms 
    Setting up project codes and TCTO sites
    Support and follow-up regarding Clients meetings and mailing
    Assistance with responses to calls for tender (preparation of administrative documents and internal coordination of requests for verification of legal documents in particular)
Financial
•    Monitor unbilled/uncollected projects to reduce DSO (internal as well as external with clients)
•    Support as well as detailed preparation regarding invoicing and answering questions or issues
Excellence
•    Uploading of documents in WTW archives/systems
•    Deliver on projects to meet or exceed client expectations

•    Higher education degree 
•    Good experience of working within a business support role
