Step into a strategic support role that goes beyond traditional EA work with a broader scope.
We’re on the lookout for two exceptional Business Support Partners to join our team. In this role, you’ll be accountable for supporting your own General Managers and their respective areas, you’ll play a key role in enabling the senior leaders to drive strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the business.
While both roles share core responsibilities, each has unique specialty areas such as event, product, and research coordination. We’ll match you to the role that best suits your strengths, and you’ll also provide cover for your counterpart during leave or peak periods.

Your new role
As our Business Support Partner, you’ll be responsible for the following:
Providing high-level executive support including diary and travel management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Crafting clear, professional communications, reports, presentations, and confidential documentation.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders, including senior leaders, clients, and suppliers.
Coordinate business and broker events.
Playing a key role in product coordination, ensuring documentation, processes, and risk controls are current, effective, and well-documented.
Collaborating with other Business Support professionals and EAs across the organisation.
This is principally an office-based role as you’ll provide cover for our Corporate Receptionist during breaks.
Please note that for the successful candidate, this process will include a phone screen with our Talent Acquisition team, two interviews (either face-to-face or online via Teams), and background checks.

About you
You’re a proactive, people-oriented professional who builds trust easily and communicates with empathy. You enjoy supporting others, keeping things running smoothly, and finding smarter ways to work.
You’ll have proven experience as a Business Support professional or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting senior leaders in a complex business environment (insurance experience a plus). You’ll bring:
Experience with interpreting and analysing business data and preparing documentation.
Strong administrative skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident with preparing high quality correspondence and professional reports.
Good with detail, with an eye for continuous improvement for systems, processes and procedures.
Proven ability to coordinate projects or events from inception to completion. Strong organisational experience in project coordination, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
Confident working with senior stakeholders and handling sensitive information.
Comfortable navigating digital tools and systems (e.g., Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, and other business platforms), and quick to learn new technologies.
