Responsibilities include * Contract management: preparation and acceptance, indexing and settlement, billing, mid-lease and end of lease administration; * Collections and Credit line support: accounts receivable, cash reconciliation and business partner credit limit support; * Other activities: continuous process improvement initiatives, project management for operational enhancements. **Required technical and professional expertise** * Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills * Fluent in English * Strong analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills * Experience with process improvement and system implementation * Growth mindset with strong interpersonal skills * Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. **Preferred technical and professional experience** * Proficiency in Spanish * Excel and data analysis: Strong spreadsheet skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling * Collections and accounts receivable management * Billing, settlement, contract management and reconciliation processes.
