Job Description:  
Your role provides cross-CFO DM support with a focus on business performance, strategy and planning (globally) to drive progress towards business goals and outcomes. This involves extensive analytics, assessments, and interpretation of data to identify business opportunities, drive insights and measure outcomes. Furthermore, this role involves preparation of presentation materials, coordination of events (Townhalls, senior leadership offsites), and coordination of governance and oversight routines.


Responsibilities:

You will be Working within the CFO DM COO team to coordinate the execution of the banks focused directions, presentations, reporting and other strategic support activities for CFO DM senior management. This role involves extensive engagement and partnership with senior management, the broader CFO organization, and key support and structure partners (HR).

Ensures appropriate governance and management routines and broader communications routines across CFO DM Group.

Drives global culture through communications, management routines, and employee engagement initiatives.

Liaise with CFO COO in supporting various horizontal efforts.

Required Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who is hardworking with a combination of business aptitude, quantitative and technical skills and strategic thinking

Strong stakeholder engagement

Extensive problem-solving skills; ability to distill complex information into key messages for leadership

Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify and summarize complex topics into executive-ready format

Proven presentation skills: ability to present key messages, recommendations and information in a clear, concise, and insightful way and synthesize information key to relevant points

High level collaboration / partnering skills; ability to work across functions and drive projects and processes

Professional integrity and team focus are essential
