Business Support Management - Expense Processing Specialist II

As an Expense Processing Specialist II within Business Support Management group, you will be responsible for facilitating and reviewing sponsorships and donations. You will ensure compliance with regulatory and procedural requirements, collaborating with various business partners. Your role will involve applying good judgment and attention to detail, maintaining confidential data, and providing exceptional customer service.

Job responsibilities:

Complete due diligence requirements and ad hoc tasks related to Sponsorships and Donations.Ensure compliance with quality check requirements for all work produced.Provide exceptional customer service related to inquiries from internal and external sources.Assist with answering general end-user inquiries.Ensure quality customer service and customer satisfaction.Produce high-quality accurate output around required metrics.Maintain confidential data, enforce internal controls, and comply with policies and procedures.Apply good judgment to escalate issues and research findings to ensure accuracy of work product.Assist in ad hoc projects as needed.Collaborate with business partners to independently review and ensure compliance.Respond to multiple high-priority requests concurrently, keeping stakeholders updated.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized.Ability to work cooperatively with others in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality on a wide range of issues.Knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.Strong interpersonal, analytical, prioritization, and communication skills.Commitment to customer service and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

Experience in KYC, research, quality check functions.Experience in a travel & expense system (e.g., Concur, CWT), finance, or similar business function is a plus.Highly comfortable with learning and adapting to new technologies.
