Business Support Intern – Lodging, Ground & Sea (LGS)

Overview
We are seeking an Intern to join our global Lodging, Ground & Sea (LGS) team in Singapore, where innovation knows no borders. This team leads with impact—shaping the future of travel by driving innovation in hotel, ground transportation, and cruise content distribution. This internship will run from September to December 2025.

As an Intern, you will work alongside experienced professionals to support real-world commercial projects, contribute to strategic sales initiatives and gain hands-on experience in business operations. This is more than just a learning opportunity; it is a chance to actively shape the future of travel technology and contribute to our mission to connect people with moments that matter.

Responsibilities

Support sales operations by managing data, tracking activity, and maintaining accurate records.Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and client-facing materials.Collaborate with regional sales leads to coordinate meetings, compile insights, and track follow-ups.Conduct basic research and assist with internal documentation to support strategic business initiatives.Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional support tasks as needed.Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a strong willingness to learn.

Preferred qualifications and education

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.Strong academic performance and interest in commercial operations, sales, or travel technology.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Effective communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage time and priorities effectively in a dynamic team environment.
