Accountabilities:Provide coordination and administrative support across compliance, training programs, employee onboarding and offboarding, resource management, and operating expense activitiesManage compliance documentation, respond to compliance inquiries, and coordinate compliance initiativesOrganize and track employee training sessions, maintain training records, and generate compliance reportsFacilitate onboarding for new employees and offboarding for exiting staff, ensuring documentation, training, and systems access are managedSupport departmental resource allocation, monitor expenses, and assist with operating budget managementAssist in the creation and tracking of purchase orders following company policy, utilizing SAP and COUPA systemsDeliver general administrative support, including meeting scheduling, document management, communications, and report preparationEssential Skills/Experience:Experience in business administration, office coordination, or similar support rolesStrong organizational, teamwork, adaptability, and communication skillsEffective collaboration with colleagues, stakeholders, and external partnersExcellent interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and customer serviceAbility to learn new systems and processes quickly, manage multiple priorities, and work independently or with a teamAttention to detail and professionalism in handling confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft Office 365A college degree in business administration, management, office administration, or a related discipline is required.
