This is 13-month contract position, reporting to the Senior Business Support Coordinator/Team Leader, requires pro-activity and collaboration, working together with the other co-ordinators in the function and more broadly within BioPharmaceuticals R&D.
Accountabilities:
Provide support to Executive and Senior directors, managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and events, and scheduling complicated travel in line with AZ policyWork collaboratively with Business Support colleagues to deliver a lean, consistent and professional global support service, including knowledge sharing and training within the teamBecome an expert in using technology to efficiently complete tasks and propose technology based solutionsSupport projects under general guidance ensuring delivery of project outputs according to plan, reviewing and refining plans as necessaryIndependently plan, organize, and schedule own workload, ensuring all activities are completed accurately and on time while using and developing best practicesPrepare documents, materials and official information releases and distribute to the required stakeholdersEssential Requirements
Extensive Admin Assistant/Executive Assistant experienceExcellent knowledge of spoken and written English languageExperience in working in a fast paced, cross functional global environmentStrong written and verbal communication and networking skillsProficiency working with Microsoft Office suite, and virtual meeting technologiesExcellent time management skillsStrong organizational, forward-planning and stakeholder management abilitiesA high degree of personal credibility and professionalism when interfacing with organizations internal and external to AZOpen to a hybrid schedule, with a minimum of three days per week in the office.Desirable Experience
