KEY EXPECTED ACHIEVEMENTS

Ensures data quality during the month end closure, Closing Review and Zero surprised prepared consistently with Group standards. Standard General Review process in place to guarantee financial statements economical consistency, Consistency in GP margin and PBTX.Financial statements in local norms certification by legal auditors. In case of regulatory or tax controls, provide and explain accounting data. Quality and accounting compliance of data produced for the preparation of tax returns.Makes the corresponding adjustments or creation / modification of referential (cost center, mass allocation) and ensure the link between SAP and the SURF accounts.Ensure completeness, accuracy and timeliness of invoicing and payments in accordance with local regulations and Michelin Group specifications.Provides follow-up of expenses and FTE, makes sure that the standard reporting and other follow-up files are updated before the deadline.Provides analysis with comments during the monthly follow-ups, highlighting the gaps and makes possible to define the corrective actions with the BPC and the operational managers.Follow Michelin Forecasting calendar and deliver forecasts with a high degree of accuracy while maintaining business viability and minimal variations with actuals (Opex and Capex).Financial statements in local norms certification by legal auditors. In case of regulatory or tax controls, provide and explain accounting data. Quality and accounting compliance of data produced for the preparation of tax returns.Create and update the standard tools and user documentation for the ones under his/her perimeter.Comply with Internal control requirements.Ensures BSC back-up :Becoming a Back-up/ Support  for a R2R Critical functions when Needed.Provide trainings regarding the operational process.Work closely with other CBS Leadership members to deliver quality, cost and productivity that meets or exceeds service level agreement specifications.Responsible in achieving low cost service delivery by improving efficiency, productivity and technology and Work closely with the Snr Manager Continuous Process improvement to introduce high end excel file performance for reports and analytics.Lead, or contribute to, projects to implement new processes, tools, and organization Lead, contribute to, the testing of new processes and tools.

External CANDIDATE PROFILE

Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized University;Part qualification in CIMA (UK), CPA, ACCA (UK), CA (SL) will be an added advantage; 5 to 8 years of relevant experience;Ability to work in USA time zone;Knowledge and experience with international accounting, finance and tax regulations will be an added advantage;Experience in ERP system, preferably in SAP (FI, MM) or any other ERP system is preferred;Excellent level of verbal and written English communication skills;Strong Negotiation, Influencing  and change management skills.
