Job Description:
Enterprise Credit (EC) is responsible for delivering end-to-end credit solutions for our company's eight lines of business.
Under Enterprise Credit, Global Corporate & Investment Banking Credit (GCIB Credit) supports Global Corporate & Investment Banking client credit relationships, responsible for credit underwriting, transaction structuring, and portfolio credit monitoring for the large corporate and institutional clients across U.S./Canada, Europe, Africa, Asia and Latin America.
The Enterprise Credit GCIB APAC Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting Center of Excellence (GCIB Credit APAC NFRR COE) will be established under APAC GCIB Credit COO team and centrally manages APAC GCIB Credit owned NFRRs. As a GCIB Credit APAC COE team member, you will play a critical role from a Report Owner (RO) perspective and work with Report Preparer (RP), Manual Data Provider (MDP) and other key stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and maintain strong governance and oversight for accurate, complete, and timely submission of all NFRRs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Hold RO responsibilities for accurate, complete, and timely submission of NFRRs in conformance with regulatory instructions.Ensure NFRR governance and oversight, incl. proper documentations on report procedures, robust control implemented in report production and necessary review and look-back exercises conducted.Partner closely with stakeholders to identify, understand, and implement new regulatory reporting requirements.Collaborate with Enterprise NFRR Governance team for governance tasks such as annual attestation, inventory management, error escalation and issue management.Troubleshoot and drive the resolution of issues related to regulatory reporting.Participate in audit/regulatory exams/compliance assessments/key governance forums.Required Skills:
Candidate will be a self-motivated, keen attention to detail, and a high energy level individual. Excellent professional skills, including verbal and written communication, presentation, time management and stakeholder managementGood understanding on APAC regulatory context and importance of NFRR governanceProficiency in English. Additional Asia language skills will be a strong plusPrior experience in managing RO/RP/MDP responsibility will be a plus.Credit knowledge will be a plus.Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience.Good leadership and analytic skills where you will be responsible for participating the NFRR governance related discussions, execution of NFRR governance routines and agreed actions.
