Business Support Analyst II

A Typical Day Create an Operational Data Store for work allocation. Build and maintain Tableau Dashboards for management reporting. Generate monitoring metrics for each business unit. Establish and document workflow management tools for each business unit. Analyze existing processes for improvement or automation opportunities. Review procedures for business units and collaborate with unit managers on potential changes to result in efficiency gains, increases in productivity or scalability, enhancements of controls, reductions in cost, etc. Serve as point of contact for any identified automation opportunities using Python on another robotic process automation (RPA) solution. Eliminate manual comparisons and introduce data driven solutions. Explore optimal character recognition options for stare and compare tasks. Leverage API or web scrape technologies to eliminate manual data entry or retrieval. Provide support for Ad Hoc Analytics. Automate deployment of models to Sagemaker. Move existing excel models to AWS. Perform business systems analysis and user acceptance testing tasks for IT releases. Support strategic technology initiatives and assist in broader technology planning and releases. Liaise between IT and business managers to provide general analytics support. What You’ll Bring Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field, plus two (2) years of post-baccalaureate experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst or in a related position. Experience must include forecasting future revenues by analyzing monthly trends, SQL Server, Tableau, Excel, SQL, Python, SAS, and R.
