We are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Mobility Solutions team at Mercer Marsh Benefits. Ideally the successful candidate for this role will be based in Bristol, however we can be flexible to accommodate working from any of our other UK offices. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
We are currently looking to recruit a talented individual to join us as a Business Support Analyst. The Global Mobility Solutions team within MMB Multinational provides advice and solutions to multinational clients in international health insurance and group risk solutions.
Within your role you’ll be managing policy administration including membership adjustments & audits, invoicing, queries (claims & benefits) as part of a friendly and experienced team who will support and train you. You’ll play a key part in the renewal and new business process including drafting & executing quotation requests and supporting the creation of recommendation reports.
Additionally, you will be exposed to a variety of challenges such as supporting the consulting team in gathering, organising, entering, and analysing data using Excel spreadsheets to be used for various client projects
We will count on you to:
Complete anti-money laundering checks, setting up of policies, client engagement, drafting of quote request and draft renewal reportsNew Business – Setting up client records and New Business reportsDeliver analytical support to the Consulting team and clients in line with MMB’s TargetsBuild strong working relationships with the Consulting Team, Clients, and Providers to ensure the best service for our clientsWhat you need to have:
