Processes a diverse amount of email requests that require various levels of analytical skills from internal business partners.
Thoroughly and completely research escalated requests including but not limited to renewal inboxes, premium questions, premium modifications, home manual rates, auto manual rates, premium corrections, premium coding in GENIUS, and commission questions from Masterpiece, Cornerstone, Agency Support, the Chubb Customer Center, Chubb Insurance Solutions, Marketing and Underwriting.
Collaborate with resources across departments to provide problem resolution and demonstrate customer advocacy.
Utilize the Masterpiece Real Time system and all supporting workflows, reference materials and technology to ensure accuracy and consistency in all requests.
Handle a limited number of inbound/outbound calls, as business needs require.
Perform various job functions or projects as assigned by team specialist or supervisor. Inclusive of but not limited to:
Recoveries Projects: Support PRS Recovery Team as needed by manually rating home and auto policies as far back as Recovery date.
State and Internal Audits: Support Compliance and provide manual rating of home and auto policies to verify and support audits.
Running/processing the Portfolio report
Create a positive customer experience and demonstrate customer and employee advocacy
Strategic thinking, logical reasoning, and solution development; Analytical skills.
Demo Proficient use of Masterpiece Real Time and its workflows, IMS, GENIUS, ChubbNet, Knowledge Management systems, Opal, States-at-a-Glance, Rate and Rules
Possess a strong math aptitude
Demonstrate strong problem solving, Critical thinking and Analytical skills
Accountability, detailed, and quality focused.
Ability to communicate with leadership and fellow analysts to recognize issues, make concise suggestions, and execute solutions
Aptitude to analyze complex business and workflow issues
Excellent written communication skills
Flexibility to prioritize assigned work to adhere to department service level expectations
Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks, balance multiple priorities and work independently.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite a plus (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
