Join us! **Business Support Analyst** Provide support in analyzing existing and new policies applicable to Global Markets and Global Banking Asia and implement processes to ensure compliance with these changes. Collaborate with COOs and support partners to maintain adherence to internal and external regulatory guidelines for Global Markets and Global Banking activities. **Key Responsibilities** + Undertake and support supervision and business controls activities within the Global Markets (“GM”) and Global Corporate and Investment Banking (“GCIB”) Business Controls organization for the APAC region. + Thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment while ensuring the Line of Business (“LOB”) complies with applicable laws, regulations, and industry best practices. + Supervisory Infrastructure Management: Partner with LOB Supervisors and delegates, and support groups to maintain daily supervisory infrastructure (e.g., supervisory responsibilities matrices (SMA), supervisor alignments (SID), Trader Mandates), including performing delegated supervisory tasks as required. + Centralized Monitoring: Execute governance and monitoring and QA processes (e.g., cross border compliance, registration & Licensing, Voice Recording, mandatory Leave, employee management for new hire/transfer/departee, BCP, Information security, etc.) + Controls Framework Development: Create, enhance, and oversee Front-Line Unit (“FLU”) controls and processes to strengthen the business operating environment, which include the enforcement, including enforcement of the supervisory program. + Governance & Audit Support: Participate in LOB governance routines and internal/external audits by contributing requested information. + Operational Risk Management: Drive FLU/LOB deliverable for Operational Risk program (e.g., Risk and Control Self Assessments, metrics, operational losses reporting, etc.) + Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with LOB BCO and control/support teams (Compliance, Risk, Technology, HR, Audit) to ensure end-to-end control processes, improve supervisory reporting tools, and strengthen FLU monitoring and tools. + Continuous Improvement: Support program-wide initiatives to refine the control framework, address audit findings and conduct deep-dive analyses to identify and remediate control gaps. **Requirements** + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience + Strong academic background or proven expertise in business controls, compliance, operations, or control functions. + Proficiency in IT Tools (e.g., MS Office tools, VBA), advanced spreadsheet skills, analytic competency, and the ability to develop ad hoc solutions. + Ability to manage complex tasks and employ collaborative and analytical problem-solving approaches. + Excellent organizational, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. + Exceptionalrelationshipmanagement skills with theability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders (e.g., Business Control Management, LOB leaders, Compliance, Technology, etc.) + Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and risk management practices in Global Markets and Global Banking Bank of America and its affiliates consider for employment and hire qualified candidates without regard to race, religious creed, religion, color, sex, sexual orientation, genetic information, gender, gender identity, gender expression, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, protected veteran or disability status or any factor prohibited by law, and as such affirms in policy and practice to support and promote the concept of equal employment opportunity, in accordance with all applicable federal, state, provincial and municipal laws.
