As a member of our specialist industrial leasing team, you'll manage varied administrative functions that make every day different and engaging.

Snapshot of responsibilities:
Administrative Excellence
Draft agency contracts and manage deal documentation processes
Coordinate real estate deposits and maintain transaction records
Process invoices, manage corporate card expenses, and file expense claims
Participate in team meetings and create comprehensive reports
Ensure all documentation is current, organised, and readily accessible
Process Optimisation
Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative workflows
Develop and document best practices for common procedures
Create user guides for team reference and training
Support implementation of new systems and facilitate team adoption
Marketing Support
Provide comprehensive assistance for broker marketing campaigns
Ensure consistent JLL brand representation across all materials
Coordinate internal and external agency events and client functions
Develop professional submissions, presentations, and client proposals
Data Management
Maintain accurate property and client information across JLL systems
Create and update property listings and availability records
Track lease expiries and other critical business intelligence
Conduct regular data quality audits to ensure database integrity

The ideal candidate brings comprehensive technical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Nitro Pro, alongside a working knowledge of social media platforms and marketing campaign processes.
You'll excel at understanding and prioritising requirements from commissioned brokers while demonstrating a natural ability to learn new systems and provide valuable improvement feedback.
Your clear, concise written communication and exceptional attention to detail complement your basic project coordination abilities. With your process improvement mindset, you'll analyse existing workflows to identify and implement efficiencies that enhance team performance.
