Job Description
Preparation and submission of all administrative documentation related to scientific and promotional events, such as congresses, stand-alone events, AMI trainings/courses, national and international events including CME-accredited events, both for Greek fields, Allergan Aesthetics organized events (planning, contracting, execution, and follow-up) and third-party organized events supported by Abbvie/Allergan Aesthetics(e.g. internal event opening forms and approvals, HCP-engagement forms/iFMV, file for submission to EOF, AA FOC products requests, HCP engagement forms etc.)
Finance/budget
Manage financial aspects of the event, e.g. purchase orders, shopping card requests, billing, and accrual analysisCompliance & Transparency
Ensure that contractual documentation adheres to current regulations, the ethical codes of SFEE - Hellenic Association of Pharmaceutical Companies and internal Abbvie/Allergan Aesthetics policiesSupport for AMI/Marketing materials
Support the AMI and Marketing team in the Veeva approval process of materials/ tacticsProper archiving of all the admin/files
Qualifications
An academic degree in law or a similar fieldAdministration experienceAbility to work effectively within a team and independently.A high level of attention to detail.Adaptability and fast adaption of new procedures and policiesWritten and verbal communication skills.Good team working skillsExperience using computers for a variety of tasksCompetency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.Good organization skills and multitaskingHigh level English skills
