Job Title
Business Support Analyst
Position Overview
Provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to business teams. Handles a variety of tasks including travel coordination, expense management, data administration, and presentation preparation to ensure smooth business operations and excellent service delivery.
Reporting to
Business Support Team Lead
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Coordinate and book business travel using corporate travel systems
Process and reconcile expense reports in accordance with company policies
Manage executive calendars and meeting schedules
Prepare and standardize professional presentations and documents
Data Management
Create and maintain company and contact records in CRM systems
Develop and update marketing lists with accurate contact information
Ensure data integrity across all business platforms
Generate compiled reports and analytical spreadsheets
Pipeline support (i.e. uploading/management of opportunity records) from the CRM
Client Service
Respond to inbound inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
Monitor service levels to meet established response times
Maintain high standards of client communication, both internal and external
Implement workflow processes that enhance client experience
Business Operations
Process accounts payable vouchers according to financial protocols
Create visual aids including maps and geographical representations
Support project documentation and file management
Monitor workflow systems throughout entire service lifecycle
Continuous Improvement
Track performance against established KPIs
Identify and recommend process improvements
Participate in team initiatives to enhance service quality
Adapt to changing business requirements and priorities
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
Tertiary qualification in business, administration, or related field preferred
Experience
Minimum 3 years in an administrative or support role
Experience in professional services environment preferred
Technical Skills
Intermediate skills in using MS Office, MS Windows, and Internet.
Accounts Payable / Receivable Background an advantage
Minimum Intermediate level in using CRM
