Responsible for performing and guiding technical activities resulting from approved self-initiated or assigned manufacturing programs leading to innovative applications and extensions of existing or new products/technologies having major importance to the business of the division/business/staff organization. Expands the use of extensive knowledge of statistical techniques for monitoring and with continuous improvement mindset for manufacturing processes. 2. Leadership. Initiates, identifies, recommends, and oversees programs in the manufacturing area of responsibility to improve:( 1) product cost, service, and quality, and (2) collaborate with produce development team for customer application issue resolving 3. Interaction. Fosters and cultivates an extensive network of support and resources to facilitate completion of assignments, and support customers related request and tasks related to cost, quality and service. Qualifications + Semiconductor fab and supplier experience, manufacturing background, product and process engineering expertise + A college or above education degree is preferred. + A minimum of 5 years relevant work experience​ + Film and bonding materials background for wafer/chipset advance packaging will be preferred. + Management of Change and Continuous Improvement processes + Quality Management Systems and Lean Six Sigma experience ​ + Extensive knowledge base of statistical techniques for monitoring and improving manufacturing processes + Multinational or global interactions may be required.
