Join our team as Business Strategy & Policy Manager and play a crucial role in shaping the commercial success of our Finnish affiliate. In this exciting role you drive strategic impact through data, policy insights, and cross-functional collaboration. As a Business Strategy & Policy Manager, you’ll transform the local company vision into executable plans, align business objectives with market dynamics, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered with clarity and impact. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, policy, analytics, and operational excellence in the diagnostics space. As Business Strategy & Policy Manager you report to the Business Strategy and Customer Experience Lead.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Conduct commercial and business performance analysis to support data-driven decision-making and forecasting.
Translate market trends, policy developments, and internal priorities into clear, actionable strategies and plans.
Support the development of a comprehensive strategy, including the definition and implementation of operational milestones, and ensure effective tracking of strategic progress.
Drive strategic initiatives across the organization by coordinating execution and fostering alignment among diverse teams.
Engage with ecosystem stakeholders and monitor regulatory and policy shifts to identify relevant business opportunities or risks.
Develop high-impact executive presentations and communications for senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Lead or support business process improvement efforts that increase operational efficiency and insight generation.
Lead the development of a digital strategy in Healthcare Insights and actively support its execution through close partnership with the commercial team.
WHO YOU ARE
You have at least 3 years of experience in strategic planning, business modeling, and executive-level reporting, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
You are skilled in commercial analytics, leveraging tools such as Power BI or Tableau to build dashboards, define KPIs, and deliver insightful performance reviews that support forecasting and decision-making.
You bring at least 2 years of experience in diagnostics medtech, pharma, or health policy, enabling you to navigate complex healthcare systems and regulatory environments.
You have contributed to public–private collaborations or policy/regulatory work, with a solid track record in stakeholder engagement and ecosystem monitoring.
You combine strategic thinking with executional excellence—able to craft high-impact strategic presentations for senior leadership and translate them into actionable, operational plans.
You have successfully led or coordinated 4–5 cross-functional strategic initiatives, supported business process improvements using modeling tools, and communicated fluently in English, both written and spoken, at a professional level.
