**What does a successful Business Solutions Specialist do?**
This sales position is responsible for Fiserv existing clients cross sales - selling Fiserv products and solutions via inbound and outbound call efforts. This role specifically has the unique opportunity to work with the PNC Team here at Fiserv! You will generate and convert new leads by establishing and maintaining relationships with our existing referral channels and partners. You will run a pipeline of business, moving the various opportunities throughout the sales cycle, and successfully closing the sale.
**What you will do:**
+ Meet and exceed sales revenue targets, both monthly and annually.
+ Use a consultative sales approach to uncover needs and figure out the best solution offering for the merchant.
+ Sell and negotiate pricing and contract terms with potential opportunities.
+ Manage and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, with consistent follow up on both inbound and outbound sales leads.
+ Develop and maintain strong relationships with referral partners.
**What you will need to have:**
+ High School diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
+ Minimum 1+ years of sales experience.
+ Experience in maintaining and nurturing client relationships.
+ Experience in consultative sales or solutions selling.
+ Experience in working with CRM tools, such as Salesforce.
+ Experience in developing and managing a sales pipeline.
**What would be great to have:**
+ Experience in financial services or FinTech.
+ Experience in a fast-paced sales environment.
+ 1+ years of experience with referral partner relationships.
+ Certification in Sales or relevant field.
+ Familiarity with Fiserv products and services.

**Salary Range:**
$23,700.00-$37,150.00
These pay ranges apply to employees in Maryland. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
