The PositionYou will be a key member of the Business Agility Solution team to drive commercial excellence through delivering strategic initiatives and optimizing business solutions.
The Business Solution Partner is responsible for developing and executing a forward-looking and fit-for-business imperatives and actionable tactics that aligns with Roche’s prioritized outcomes and adapts to the ever-evolving landscape of the healthcare industry.
•Identify commercial excellence opportunities and devise winning strategies and tactics at corporate and functional levels
•Act as PMO to lead and manage cross-functional projects; govern PMO process; and take ownership to drive for execution excellence
•Develop tailored solutions for company-wide issues and build up organizational capabilities
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Advisor
• Leverage market dynamics and Roche strategy understanding to conduct business diagnostics and identify commercial excellence opportunities and operational optimization potential.
• Deliver strategic business intelligence and data-driven recommendations to enable leadership decision-making and accelerate business performance.
Commercial Excellence Consultant
• Orchestrate cross-functional initiatives with agile execution to deliver measurable business outcomes aligned with corporate outcomes.
• Own end-to-end accountability for critical project execution across complex workstreams, ensuring stakeholder engagement, milestone governance, and objective achievement.
• Drive solution optimization and knowledge transfer through systematic learnings capture, performance analytics, and iterative improvements to maximize implementation success.
Local Accelerator
•Drive localization of global initiatives for mutual learning between global and China markets
•Foster New Ways of Working (NWOWs) integration into daily workflow to accelerate business performance and cultivate high-performing culture
•Capture the industry and digital frontiers to bring latest trends and insights that stimulate organizational vitality through innovative collaborations.
Who you are:
Educational Background:
•Bachelor/Master’s degree from top-ranked university, major in biopharmaceutics or related
•MBA is a plus
Preferred Working Experience:
•7+ years of work experience in Pharmaceuticals MNCs with track records of outstanding performance and progression
•Consulting experience is a plus
•Pharmaceuticals Sales & Marketing experience is a plus
