We have an exciting and challenging opportunity for a Business Services Coordinator to join our dynamic Mineral Technologies team, based in our Carrara office.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working across a variety of tasks, and values the importance of professionalism, efficiency, and a warm customer experience. We also offer flexible working hours to help balance work and personal commitments.

As the Business Services Coordinator, you will be a key point of contact both internally and externally, supporting our operations and ensuring a seamless customer and employee experience. You’ll work closely with various teams and provide vital coordination across the business unit.

What we are looking for 

Minimum completion of Year 12Certificate III OR IV in Business Administration, Office ManagementFormal training or certification in ERP systems (e.g. JDEGS, SAP, Oracle)Minimum 3 years’ experience in a receptionist, office coordinator, or executive assistant roleExperience managing front-of-house operations and creating a high-quality visitor experienceComfortable with technology and confident learning new systems and tools (e.g. ERP systems, visitor kiosks, room booking tools, automation platforms)
