Job Title: Business Senior Manager

Purpose and Objective:
SAP Labs, LLC seeks a Business Senior Manager at our Newtown Square, PA location to manage teams and drive transformation towards the Intelligent Enterprise, partnering with sales and supporting delivery engagements across all engagement types and portfolio layers.
Expectations and Tasks:
Actively manage the team's commercial success and consistently achieve adoption & consumption targets; Efficiently manage and allocate resources and coordinate project staffing with precision. Effective manage the relevant sector or SAP Consulting key partners; Define and execute Strategic Direction for your areas of responsibility Identify strategic and transformational training needs and steer demand & forecast, resource management, and financial reporting based on key business KPIs for adoption; Steer financial business based on key business KPIs for adoption, forecasting, and budgeting; Oversee Consulting, Adoption, and Consumption Services definition and maintenance and foster strong collaboration with partner management; Develop, discuss, explain, and actively promote SAP vision within team, to peers, partners, external stakeholders, and customers; Define clear and challenging targets, empowering ownership, and decisive actions without micromanaging; Build an efficient network, creating a culture of trust, respect, and openness, transcending organizational boundaries; Encourage creative thinking, reward exceptional ideas and achievements, and embrace a lean and agile mindset; Support the career development of team members, handle performance issues proactively, and guide individuals and people managers in their career paths.
Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study and ten (10) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field of study and eight (8) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve four years in the following:
• Support SAP customers by solving issues in the areas of upgrades and migrations (Software Logistics) using SUM tool;
• Solution Manager Diagnostics, Maintenance Optimizer, Software Lifecycle Manager, and Change Request Management;
• Deliver and lead migration planning workshop and technical architecture workshop;
• Suite on HANA migration and conversion to SAP S/4HANA;
• Release upgrades, SP updates, and EHP updates; and
• NZDT, ZDO, nZDM, and SAP S/4HANA.
Travel: Position requires up to 30% domestic travel to various unanticipated customer sites nationwide to deliver SAP MaxAttention Services.

Compensation Range Transparency: The annual base salary range for this position is $214,614 - $289,500. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $243,300 - $413,700. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
