What our Small and Medium Business Sales Representative Enjoy Most About the RoleEnhancing the customer experience by promptly responding to inbound sales calls and meeting call handling metrics. Developing sales proposals, maximizing revenue and maintaining accurate sales databases. Collaborating with support groups to complete sales, resolve issues and determine serviceability. Offering bundled services, educating customers on products and maintaining current technical knowledge. Exceeding monthly sales goals through a consultative approach and staying informed about competitors' products. Working ConditionsCall center office environment
Required QualificationsEducationHigh school diploma or equivalentExperience1 year of professional work experience & sales experienceProven track record as a high-performing sales professional Experience in selling video (TV), data (internet), and voice (telephone) servicesTechnical SkillsUnderstanding of cable communications products and services Ability to work variable hours, including nights, weekends and holidaysSkills & AbilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skills in English Ability to achieve sales targets and deliver results Flexibility to work varied hours Preferred Qualifications2+ years of experience selling Voice, Data, and Video solutions in the SMB market 2+ years of call center sales experience in a B2B and/or telecommunications industry

The base pay for this position generally is between $18.00 and $22.30. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.


In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at $23,400.
