Business Sales & Delivery Leader - Application Operations
CTG is seeking to fill a Business Sales & Delivery Leader - Application Operations opening for our client in Atlanta, GA. Location: Atlanta, GA Duration: 2 months Duties: Lead sales and delivery efforts in the Application Operations domain, with emphasis on large-scale, complex service engagements. Build and maintain strong executive-level relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities and driving solution sales. Support the design, development, and delivery of world-class solutions in application operations, DevOps, middleware, infrastructure, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, microservices, containers, Kubernetes nodes, and security. Oversee and guide client billing system delivery projects, with a specific focus on Customer Billing Solutions for the utility sector. Provide executive-level consulting and strategy, ensuring solutions align with business, regulatory, and integration requirements. Participate in industry, sector, or community events to represent the organization and promote thought leadership. Ensure financial success of directly managed engagements, supporting services revenue growth and client outcomes. Skills: Strong expertise in Application Operations and enterprise-scale delivery models. Proven leadership in executive client relationship management. Deep knowledge of customer billing systems and solutions, particularly Kraken billing. Strategic consulting and solution sales capabilities, with the ability to translate business needs into technology-driven solutions. Familiarity with enterprise energy and utility industry standards, regulations, and integration requirements. Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in business sales and delivery leadership roles. Demonstrated success leading customer billing system implementations within the utility sector. Hands-on experience with solution design and delivery across applications, DevOps, middleware, and infrastructure platforms. Track record of driving financial results and revenue growth from complex services engagements. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field required. Master’s degree preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
