CTG is seeking to fill a Business Sales & Delivery Executive opening for our client in Columbus, OH. Location: Columbus, OH Duration: 2 months Duties: Lead business sales and delivery activities for Application Operations, with a focus on large, complex services engagements. Build and maintain strong executive relationships with client stakeholders, particularly within the Energy & Utilities sector. Identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and contribute to solution sales in Application Operations and related domains. Provide leadership in designing and delivering customer billing solutions, with emphasis on technologies such as Kraken billing solutions. Partner with client business and technology teams to understand business, regulatory, and integration requirements. Oversee delivery of solutions that enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and overall experience. Lead and support billable client engagements, ensuring financial success of projects and revenue generation. Represent the practice at sector, solution, or community events to share knowledge and promote offerings. Skills: Strong executive presence and leadership in sales and delivery of enterprise-level IT services. Deep knowledge of Application Operations, DevOps, middleware, infrastructure, microservices, containers, Kubernetes, SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and security. Expertise in customer billing systems for utilities, specifically Kraken billing solutions. Ability to consult, sell, and execute solution delivery with utility business and technology teams. Strong financial acumen with proven ability to manage engagement profitability. Strategic thinking with the ability to design and deliver world-class client solutions. Experience: Extensive experience leading business sales and delivery for complex enterprise solutions in Energy & Utilities. Demonstrated success with customer billing system delivery for utilities in North America. Track record of achieving business growth through solution sales and delivery execution. Proven ability to engage with C-level executives and drive strategic transformation initiatives. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required. Advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) preferred. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
