**Introduction** .The Associate Partner within Cybersecurity Services practice helps to lead the growth and management of all facets of the business, primarily by using this position and bringing the best of IBM solutions, IP and global capability together. This requires demonstrating track record in Cybersecurity thought leadership, sales leadership and delivery leadership and a proven track road for delivering cyber engagements in the public sector. Consulting skills and deep knowledge in at least one of the core security domains (Security Architecture, Strategy Risk and Compliance, SOC / Security Operations, Application security, Data Security, Cloud security) and breadth across most security domains would be an asset. **Your role and responsibilities** .Demonstrate marketing and sales experience in areas of * Leading opportunity creation, progression, responding to RFPs in public sector * Working with solution teams and across local geographies to provide content to drive deals * Demonstrating security expertise in helping clients across IT and Cybersecurity domains. * Working closely with the solution design teams in developing client presentations and SOWs * Providing a focal point for the team to help understand capabilities, offerings, client references * Becoming a recognized thought leader in security, utilising conferences, white papers, client presentations to build awareness of IBM credentials * Driving security order booking/signing and track record of delivering against $ target  Demonstrate delivery experience in areas of  * Taking ownership of end-end delivery of security work for clients * Working with local and global teams, help organise project approaches and teams for client delivery * Participating in project delivery, to varying degrees depending on project complexity * Helping resolve project issues as they arise * Establishing strong client relationships in key accounts to help progress the Security Services portfolio * Managing team utilisation/billables for client work  Demonstrate practical experience in areas of  * Providing leadership by facilitating a community of like-minded security practitioners to share and exchange ideas for practice growth and improvement * Contributing content and advice to the security offering development process * Helping shape the emerging model of the security practice  Demonstrate People Experience in areas of  * Helping establish capability and skill models for the security domains, aligned to business demand and growth * Coach, mentor and nurture talent and take active role in people management * Becoming a role model for security practitioners in the security domains, by being the thought leader in the domain **Required technical and professional expertise** . * Bachelor’s Degree * Experience in management consulting and systems integration in a top tier professional services firm * Strong track record in building relationships with internal and external senior stakeholders. * Experience working in projects related to the core domains * Experience working across diverse teams to facilitate solutions * Travel may be required * Fluent English **Preferred technical and professional experience** .Core competencies for this role include : Enterprise Digital Identity solutions including Access Management, Governance and Privileged Access Management. Cloud Security solutions as well as working alongside technology delivery programs for embedding security by design in all aspects of design and delivery.
