About the role:

As a Business Risk Analyst, you’ll play a key role in supporting our KYC operations and broader Business Risk functions through insightful data analysis, performance reporting, and process optimization. Your work will directly influence strategic decisions and help drive continuous improvement across the organization.

You’ll join a collaborative and data-driven team focused on delivering high-quality insights and operational excellence. We work closely with cross-functional partners to ensure our risk management processes are efficient, transparent, and aligned with business goals.

What you will be doing:

Preparing regular reports on Business Risk operational services, with a focus on KYC performance metrics and scope analysis.Conducting in-depth analysis of key metrics, identifying trends, anomalies, and business impacts.Creating clear, structured diagrams to illustrate complex scenarios and support stakeholder understanding.Collaborating with Business Risk and cross-divisional teams to gather and validate data.Supporting strategic decision-making through trend analysis and performance tracking.Identifying inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements to reporting processes.

What you will need:

Strong analytical and investigative skills.Proficiency in Excel (advanced functions such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, macros, and data visualization) and Power Query.Ability to analyze large datasets and interpret statistical trends.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Added bonus if you have:

Understanding of business processes in KYC environments.Experience with Alteryx, Python, or similar tools for advanced data analysis or automation.Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
