Business Relationship Support Specialist - (CIB Banking Middle Office)

In this role, you will:

Provide Deal Team middle office support throughout the deal/loan life cycle including: managing document collection, completion of on-boarding and compliance, loan closing, and booking and funding processesLiaise with Portfolio Managers, Credit Analysts, Internal Risk Management, Relationship teams, Operations, Markets and various internal and external partnersCoordinate loan closing activities from the initiation and credit approval throughout the closing, booking, and funding process to ensure consistent, timely and accurate credit delivery and funding to our clientsAnalyze and problem solve complex problems with efficient and logical solutionsWork in a fast-paced environment while managing risk, controls and booking accuracyUtilize loan documentation knowledge and analyze and extract pertinent data elementsUnderstand trading limit structure and exposure management and booking on the applicable systems of recordDevelop expertise in bank policies, procedures and compliance requirements confirming adherenceEvaluate and ensure accurate new and existing data in the systems of recordCollaborate with managers and peers on initiatives, projects, and complex control resolutions, implementing efficiencies across teamsExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements


Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

Experience working within or supporting middle office functionsComprehension of internal credit underwriting documents and loan closing documentationKnowledge of credit systems of record and origination such as nCino, LIQ, CoRS, and Treasury management systemsUnderstanding of the credit underwriting and customer due diligence processesStrong attention to detailAbility to make timely and independent judgment decisions while working in a fast-paced and results-driven environmentAbility to effectively prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environmentOutstanding problem solving and independent decision-making skillsExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenIntermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

Pay Range
 

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$60,000.00 - $100,000.00
