In this role, you will:

Be accountable for a complex portfolio of customersShare leadership role with managers to oversee a portfolio of accountsIdentify opportunity for process improvements within the portfolioReview and analyze the decision process for customer accounts and evaluate the profitability and risk of designated portfolioVerify compliance and report identified issues for resolutionMake decisions on complex customer issuesPartner with managers to resolve issues and provides status updates on implementationsDevelop expertise in the policies, procedures, and compliance requirementsHandle complex customer issues which include escalation and resolutionLead team and serve as a subject matter expert for the departmentCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsInteract with internal customersReceive direction from leadersExercise independent judgment while developing the knowledge to understand function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of Business Relationship Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Customer service focus with the ability to listen to customer needs and recommend solutionsCustomer service experienceAbility to provide strong customer service and develop customer relationshipsKnowledge and understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)Treasury experience Ability to identify cross-sell opportunities and participate in moderately complex customer transactionsAbility to manage client relationships Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skillsKnowledge and understanding of business banking compliance controls, risk management, and loss prevention
