You Are:

The Business Readiness Analyst will play a critical role in documenting current processes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and transitioning to future state workflows. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

 

The opportunity:

·       Create and maintain clear, concise, and detailed documentation of current state processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness in all descriptions.

·       Develop comprehensive work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that outline step-by-step processes for end-users, ensuring ease of understanding and execution.

·       Conduct in-depth analysis of existing processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, providing data-driven recommendations to stakeholders.

·       Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements, ensuring that all necessary details are captured for future state process design.

·       Work alongside project teams to document proposed future state processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and clarity for end-users.

·       Analyze the implications of changes on current processes, documenting potential impacts and developing strategies for effective transition.

·       Engage with cross-functional teams, subject matter experts, and end-users to verify the accuracy of documentation and gather feedback.

·       Review and edit documentation produced by other team members to ensure consistency, clarity, and adherence to established standards.

·       Assist in the creation of training materials that align with newly developed work instructions and SOPs, supporting effective training delivery.

 

This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

 

What you need:

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field

·       2-4 years of experience in business analysis, process documentation, or operations support

·       Strong analytical skills and attention to detail with experience identifying process gaps and improvement opportunities

·       Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex processes into clear documentation

·       Proficiency in tools such as Microsoft office suite (especially word, excel, powerpoint)

·       Familiarity with developing or maintaining SOPs, work instructions, or training documentation

 

 

 

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: New Jersey

Compensation Range: $94,000-$143,000

 

 

Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
