We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Business Quality Assurance Associate.

Principal Responsibilities

Responsible for Business Testing with the local countries for changes to the digital channels in public website, Internet Banking, Share dealing, and MobileTo ensure these meet customer expectations both internal and external, ensuring defects are identified and tracked before releaseUndertake test preparation for a variety of projects resource estimating, planning, scoping, identifying data and environment requirementsWrite and review range of testing documentationCoordinate testing tasks for specific projects, progress issues and escalate where necessaryPlan and support validation activity for live releases of new servicesWork collaboratively with software delivery and change delivery, Marketing and operational areasAdoption and use of testing standards and processesChair and/or attend project update meetings, deliver project updates and escalate any known issues and concernsAdherence to mandatory objectivesAlignment of activity to departmental governance
